How It All Started.

Hello, I’m Marlene Stubler, the owner of Pie in the Sky Pie Co. in Conroe, Texas. Pie in the Sky has been in business since 1996. My journey into the bakery world happened very organically. While working with my parents in the family convenience store business, I was able to explore my love of baking. In 2004 I struck out on my own. The business has grown and we now employ 30 + employees. Pie in the Sky is a full service restaurant and wholesale bakery.

Our line of cakeballs includes many different flavors and 2 sizes, 1.2 oz. and 2.2 oz.

We are always open to partnering with companies to develop new and unique flavors for their customers.

Cinnamon cake, yum! Enrobed in white chocolate and garnished with fat sanding sugar and cinnamon, this cakeball is a favorite with a latte!
